The harvesting of our honey

In the laboratory, we experience a crucial moment at the end of summer: honey extraction. This process represents the result of an entire season of bee work and our commitment to ensuring the quality of honey. It is a stage that closes the production cycle and begins the packaging in jars.

For honey extraction, we use the S800 honey extractor, an advanced machine capable of extracting up to 800 kg of honey per hour. Its technology allows the organoleptic characteristics of honey to remain intact, ensuring a pure product. In addition, it allows all the wax to be recovered, which is melted and collected into forms ready for further processing.

Subdivision into Lots

After extraction, the honey is divided into batches, each influenced by the blooms and climatic conditions of the area. Each batch is carefully tracked during the packaging process to ensure a transparent and high-quality product.
